My Ramp UP Boot Camp style utilizes training methods used by the Military (from a trainer in the Air Force), personal and athletic trainers, rehabilitation specialists, and more. All this feel good madness to get you a tone, stronger body in a short period of time without spending hours performing boring repetitive, old school workouts.

My innovative classes include a mix of body weight, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, battle ropes, cardio, speed and agility drills, interval training and more! Ramp UP Boot Camp workouts are safe and achievable for any age, size, athletic ability and fitness level. Amazing results will make its face at every workout through our guidance and your ambition.

You will be challenged, but will be at your own pace as you flow through my life changing intervals. This is your chance to be a part of group personal training with the endless support of a certified personal trainer and the chance to transform yourself.

 

What do I expect as YOUR trainer?

-Commitment, consistency, and NO excuses from anyone while in class!  DO it and you WILL meet your goals...GUARANTEED!

-NO complaining, whining, and saying "I can't." or "That's impossible."

-Be on time and listen, so you're not a distraction to others

-Move with a purpose and give 110%

-Encourage your fellow troops to make it through

HOW MANY?

-Minimum of 6 PAID troops per time slot is required or a small group training rate is applied

-Maximum of 20 PAID troops per class

-measurements prior to 1st class    
-1 month of Individualized Ramp Up nutrition
-Foam roll REQUIRED, but not included

-Saturdays are FREE

Self-Massage Techniques

*Foam rolling (Self-Myofascial Release) techniques will be instructed 5 minutes prior to the first 6 classes of every month.  This will also take 5 minutes prior to warm up and be a part of the 5 minute cool down.  

*Foam roll ($22) is REQUIRED for ALL unlimited class participants and can be purchased through Ramp Up Fitness.  --Ask a trainer
