I am an Air Force veteran who is beyond passionate about fitness and its endless benefits. I fully understand what the body is capable of when supplied with the right fuels, right motivation, and the right exercise program for you. Through my experiences, I have been able to help others accomplish and exceed their fitness potential and health goals.
I feel a strong commitment to sharing what I've learned with other people who want to improve the quality of their lives by improving the health and fitness of their body. There's a huge amount of medical evidence to support this simple conclusion: Bodies need regular exercise in order to function at their best. I firmly believe that too many people are paying the price—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—of ignoring that need. Heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and depression are just a few of the many medical conditions that exercise can influence in a positive way. And I know from my own experience what a difference it makes in a person's outlook on life.
I started Ramp Up Fitness to provide motivational and personalized training to help you meet and exceed your fitness and lifestyle goals. If you're struggling in your own life, I hope you'll consider this: Your body is your life. Isn't it time to start taking care of it before you have to depend on others to take care of you?
